Burlington Subaru takes an enormous amount of pride in the local Burlington and Chittenden County community. As both a local business, and the only car dealership located in the city of Burlington, we believe it's our responsibility to help contribute and give back. Burlington Subaru has contributed to non-profit organizations both big and small. We also host a slew of events at the dealership -- most notably the South End Art Hop, Pet Adoption Days and Drive for Exellence.

The Drive for Excellence got its start in 2007 with the goal of helping high school juniors and seniors excel in the classroom. Each year since then Burlington Subaru Hyundai has given away a brand-new car to high school student from Vermont or northern New York.

Students are entered into the contest by registering online and submitting their report cards, with which they are awarded with two entries for every 'A' and one entry for every 'B'.

Burlington Subaru employees and our customers love their pets! That's why we often support the efforts of the Humane Society of Chittenden County.

Whether that support is in the form of monetary contributions or offering up our showroom up for a Pet Adoption Day, the Burlington Subaru continually looks for ways to support HSCC.

We believe in the good work that they do for the community and want to help them succeed in their mission of finding loving homes for the animals.

Burlington Subaru employees and our loyal customers love Vermont, and that's why we're proud to participate in the Vermont Green Up Day every spring. Green Up Vermont's mission is to promote the stewardship of our state's natural landscape and waterways and the livability of our communities by involving people in Green Up Day and raising public awareness about the benefits of a litter-free environment.

Since the beginning of this event, Subaru owners have helped to donate millions to charity by purchasing or leasing a new Subaru during Subaru's annual Share the Love event. Last year was a huge success; for every new vehicle purchased or leased through the time period of the event, we donated $250 to our customer's choice of charity, each of which benefit the community. Burlington Subaru teamed up with the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf for the fourth consecutive year, resulting in a four-year donation total of over $164,000! We're teaming up with CEFS again this year and have high hopes for our donation totals! Learn more about Share the Love here.
