Automotive Technician - Burlington Subaru

SUMMARY:

Welcome to Burlington Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of additional automotive technicians. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, amazing teammates and plenty of work to go around!

EARNING POTENTIAL:

We value our technicians! Our flat-rate technicians on average make over $70,000 per year. Some technicians with continued training and education make over $100,000 per year! Our technicians also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete an MPI (Multi-Point Inspection) on every vehicle
  • Test drive vehicles including some with manual transmission
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 years of automotive repair experience or training
  • Subaru experience and or ASE certifications a plus!
  • Fast, eager learner and team player
  • Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit to a background check prior to employment

Burlington Subaru - Further Your Career as a Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:

Welcome to Burlington Subaru! We are the largest Subaru dealership in Vermont and are looking for our newest Sales Consultant. We offer an amazing product, a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and incredible teammates!


EARNING POTENTIAL:
Our sales consultants on average make over $80,000/year with the potential to earn much more!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promptly follow up with provided leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license

Valet Attendant - Burlington Subaru

SUMMARY:

Welcome to Burlington Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont and are in need of an additional Valet Attendant for our sales department. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and amazing teammates!

EARNING POTENTIAL:

Pay for our Valet Drivers starts at $15.00/hour with plenty of opportunity for promotion within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make sure all used vehicles have Buyer's Guide and plate frames
  • Keep lines straight and models organized according to type
  • Shuffle order of used cars at least once a week
  • Start all used cars at least once a week in summer and every day in winter
  • Keep lot organized with wholesale and new inventory separate and all cars properly away from main roads
  • Assist with snow and ice removal when necessary
  • Move sold vehicles to and from detail area, gas and mount plates as needed
  • May be required to assist in detail area with cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • No prior experience or training is required!
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
