"When I am buying a new car, my wife and I are very cautious especially when it comes to how much car we can afford. Mr. Dematteis patiently worked with us and was very polite and professional during the entire time (as were the other staff members). I told them what we needed and he helped us. Note: We weren't 100 percent positive that we would be buying the new Subaru that evening (although we were prepared to do so) until after we found the exact car we wanted on the lot.
